Well, I'm pretty set on playing a N/W

I have done a bit of research on this, and decided this would be best for my preferable style of playing as a bit more of a caster, with some Melee.

I'd like to use Virulence, even though it is kinda mean to use in PvP lol

Im hoping a few of the degen/regen skills the Necro has will be able to compensate for the lower armor he has. Plus a few skills like Enfeeble or sorts to help as well.

My real question is though, tactics? Should put a few points into tactics to be able to use a better shield, just for that bit of extra armor when the inevitable of melee comes up? Or should I focus attr's more on Vamp Touch, etc to steal more health and just don't worry about the shield? So attrs in say Blood, Curses, Soul, and Sword?

Just asking for general advice in past experiences you may have had

The extra defence I get dont cover for the energy lost for me. I use enfeeble as a sheild. with 4 lines of attribute to support its kind of impossible to spare points into tactics. I mainly use vamp gaze/strike to keep my HP up and enfeeble/faintheartedness for less damage taken. Spinal shivers + cold sword is awesome till I get fatcion and "wail of doom" (doom for warriors).

one word, barbs.... very good fo that little extra umph. also, u may want to take plague touch, jus incase u encounter that noob warrior that uses sever/gash..........
